I have been shopping at this Kroger for over 10 years, but customer service has really gone downhill recently.
Today I stood in line forever at the pharmacy and then got stuck waiting for help at the self checkout. Only three employees working in the front just before 5pm. No cashier at the self checkout, and no manager to be found. When a lady finally showed up, 3 out of 4 lights were blinking. Mine was first, but she helped other customers. I just walked out!
I don't blame the cashier. (I have been a cashier.) Maybe she had to use the restroom, but there should have been a manager to fill in and keep things running smoothly.
Store is supposed to open at 7am today. Says that on door, online. They were not open until 8. Absolutely no reason for this as it was a normal week day. My elderly mom walked to the door, along with many others waiting only to call and find out they were opening at 8 for no reason. Please consider your customers and the elderly if you are not going to open at 7 put a sign on the door or something letting people know. My elderly mom wasted her time and energy walking up to the door waiting only for you all to be opening later then you normally do for no reason. Again please consider customers.
Customer service closes at 8 I went to the desk at 7:50 and it was closed. Very unprofessional to close the service desk early rather it’s 10mins or 2. If it closes at 8 you should be closing your register before 8. What a waist of my time.
Pharmacist rude !! Lucky I didn’t cuss her out how rude she was, was in line for over 25 minutes then said at 7:02 when she finally took me she couldn’t ? I been waiting for over 25 mins, yes you are !!!, needs help with customer service .
I stopped for gasoline. I planned to come back and shop a little, but it got too late. I have shopped here before, and it is a nice place to shop with a friendly and helpful staff.

I like this store alot. They are doing a good job. They moved alot of stuff which takes getting used to but it's not bad. They are trying to keep things stocked and they try thier best to have baggers bag your groceries. Sometimes there isn't enough people to bag but it's ok and the cashiers will help you. Way better than walmart as far as grocery shopping. I also really love the store brand simple truth and organic items. I like clean eating and hope they get even more products without a bunch of unnecessary bad ingredients.
Nice except for the guy working the front desk. Was doing everything, but working the front desk. Had more then enough people working, more then enough people for all positions an tasks at hand.

The pharmacy has to be the slowest in the area. They need to only check out medication not other products. I understand having small conversations with customers but when you been waiting over 10 mins, it’s over-kill. Please do better!!!!!
